This is your chance to be part of the "Initial Oxygen for Delivery Room Resuscitation of Preterm Neonates" trial—a vital, multi-site study aimed at improving outcomes for the most vulnerable patients (p. 6).
We have immediate openings for two critical roles:
Project Research Scientist II (Medical)
We need a motivated scientist to support our research team, ensuring data accuracy and smooth project operations (p. 4).
- Positions Available: One (01) (p. 1)
- Compensation: ₹80,000 + 20% HRA (consolidated) (p. 4)
- Key Responsibilities: Support subject recruitment, manage data, maintain records, and assist with project administration (p. 4).
- Essential Qualifications: MBBS/BVSc/BDS with three years' experience OR a relevant postgraduate degree (MD/MVSc/MDS/MPH/PhD) (p. 4).
- Ideal Candidate: Someone with experience in clinical trial management and proficiency in data management and Microsoft Office applications (p. 4).
Project Nurse III
For dedicated nurses, this role offers direct involvement in patient care within a research context, working rotational shifts to support the study (p. 5).
- Positions Available: Six (06) (p. 1)
- Compensation: ₹28,000 + 20% HRA (consolidated) (p. 5)
- Key Responsibilities: Patient care area posting, subject recruitment and consent, preparing equipment for intervention, and data collection (p. 5).
- Essential Qualifications: Minimum second class or equivalent CGPA in a four-year general nursing and midwife course (p. 5).
- Ideal Candidate: Experience in pediatric or neonatal studies and proficiency in basic neonatal care and data recording (p. 5).

- Duration: Temporary/contractual for one year, extendable based on performance and project length (up to 3 years total) (pp. 1, 4-5).
- Location: Department of Neonatology, Government Medical College Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh (pp. 2, 4-5).
