The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), under the Government of India, Ministry of Defence, has announced a significant recruitment drive for various medical, paramedical, and non-medical positions. Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility is determined by specific educational qualifications and mandatory work experience, which varies by post. The initial contract period is one year for ESM candidates and 11 months for civil candidates, renewable based on performance.
Key requirements include:
- Medical/Dental Posts: Relevant degree (MBBS/MDS/BDS/MD/MS) with minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Paramedical Posts: Diploma/Certificate in the relevant field (e.g., DMLT, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy) with required experience.
- Non-Medical Posts: Qualifications range from Class 8th up to Graduate degrees, with relevant trade experience.
- Documentation: Candidates must provide self-attested photocopies of academic proofs, experience certificates, a medical fitness certificate, and service records (for ESM).
