CIT is seeking experts across various domains to join their mission:

Team Leader: 1 Post (Monthly Remuneration: Rs 1,50,000) (p. 3)
Sector Experts (I, II, & V): Focusing on Urban Infrastructure, Environment, and Social Protection. (pp. 5, 7, 9)
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Expert (p. 11)
IT & Data Analytics Expert (p. 13)
Operations Expert (p. 15)

Note: Monthly remuneration for all Expert roles is Rs 1,00,000. (pp. 5, 11, 13)

Key Selection Criteria

Candidates will be evaluated on a 40-mark scale: (pp. 29-30)

Academic Record (20 Marks): Based on Post-Graduation percentage.
Relevant Experience (10 Marks): 2 marks per year exceeding the minimum eligibility (10 years for Team Leader, 8 years for Experts).
Interview Performance (10 Marks): Evaluation of fit and expertise.

Eligibility & Requirements

Age Limit: Generally below 50 years (65 years for Operations Expert). (pp. 3, 15)
Contract Period: Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and scheme continuation. (p. 3)
Education: Most roles require a Master’s Degree or MBA/PGDM in the relevant field. (pp. 3, 5, 11)
Location: All positions are based in Chandigarh. (p. 3)
