HP State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Recruitment 2026: Apply Offline for Bailiff & Driver Posts
The H.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Shimla has announced a new recruitment notification for the year 2026. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Job Trainees on a monthly consolidated fixed remuneration.
Eligible individuals can apply through the offline mode before the closing date.

💼 Vacancy & Qualification Details
All candidates must be between 18 and 45 years of age as of the last date of application. The upper age limit is relaxed up to 50 years for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates.
1. Bailiff (Group-C)
- Total Posts: 03 vacancies
- Category: Unreserved (UR)
- Essential Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
2. Driver (Group-C)
- Total Posts: 02 vacancies
- Category: 01 Unreserved (Ex-Serviceman), 01 Scheduled Caste (SC)
- Essential Qualification:
- Must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
- Must possess a valid driving licence for driving Light/Heavy Motor Vehicles in hilly terrain.
Note on Region Restrictions: Candidates must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from a School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition does not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
💳 Application Fee
- Fee Amount: ₹450/-
- Payment Mode: The fee must be paid in the shape of an Indian Postal Order (IPO) or Demand Draft (DD).

📩 How to Apply (Offline Process)
- Prepare your application complete in all respects.
- Attach self-attested copies of your required certificates and documents.
- Include one recent passport-size photograph.
- Attach the prescribed application fee (IPO/Demand Draft).
- For the Driver post, enclose a copy of your valid driving licence.

⚠️ Important Notice for Past Applicants
Candidates who previously applied for the post of Bailiff under the Advertisement Notice dated 06.11.2024 (which was later withdrawn on 29.05.2025) and whose applications were found valid do not need to apply again. The list of these eligible candidates can be verified directly on the official website of the Commission.
