1. Mandatory Qualifications (Any one of the following)

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks AND a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks AND a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks AND a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Graduation with at least 50% marks AND a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from any NCTE-recognized institution, along with a mandatory six-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE.

Candidates must be between 21 to 50 years of age.

3. Desirable Qualifications

Knowledge of computer applications, specifically MS Office.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
CTET / STET qualified.

Contract Tenure & Rules

Maximum Period: The contractual recruitment will not exceed 03 years effective from the date of appointment.
Initial Period & Extension: The contract is subject to a performance review and institutional requirements at the completion of 11 months. Extensions are granted for one year at a time by the School Chairman.
Mandatory Break: The contract includes a mandatory one-month break every year (after completing 11 months of continuous service).
