- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
- Trades Available: Electronics (10), Electronics Mechanic (8), Instrumentation (6), Fitter (3), Electrician/Electrical (3), Draughtsman Mechanical (3), ICT System Maintenance (2), Refrigeration & AC (2), Chemistry (2), Draughtsman Civil (1), Fire & Safety (1), Plumber (1), Mechanic Diesel (1).
(Note: Age relaxations apply as per Government rules: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10+ years for PwBD candidates).
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Administrative / Accounts / Purchase Officers: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline OR an MBA/equivalent degree in the respective field (HR, Finance, or Material Management). Requires 2 to 10 years of post-qualification supervisory experience depending on your education level.
- Junior Personal Assistant: 12th pass with a stenography speed requirement of 80 wpm.
- Technical Assistant: First-class 3-year Diploma in Engineering or First-class B.Sc. in the relevant discipline, alongside 2 years of post-qualification industrial/R&D experience.
- Technician 'B': Matric/SSLC standard plus ITI (NCVT) certificate in the respective trade, along with 2 years of post-qualification experience.
📝 Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection criteria depend entirely on the target group:
- Officer Level (Group A): 60% weightage given to the Computer Based Test (CBT) and 40% weightage to the Personal Interview.
- JPA & Technical Roles (Group B & C): Selection rests purely on the CBT marks, subject to qualifying the respective Skill Test / Stenography test on a Go/No-Go basis.
CBT Structure (Total: 120 Minutes)
- Part A (General Aptitude): 100 questions (25 Questions each covering General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge).
- Part B (Curriculum / Trade Specific): 100 questions testing core domain knowledge (Note: JPA exam consists of Part A only).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response.

All applicants must pay the fee online initially. The Application Fee component is refundable to Women, SC, ST, PwBD, and ESM candidates who actually appear for the CBT.
- Group A (Officers): ₹1,500/- (Processing Fee ₹600 + Application Fee ₹900)
- Group B (Technical Assistant): ₹1,300/- (Processing Fee ₹600 + Application Fee ₹700)
- Group C (JPA & Technician 'B'): ₹1,200/- (Processing Fee ₹600 + Application Fee ₹600)
