Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria
1. IT/ITeS
- Number of Positions: 10 (Only in District Mandi)
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering / Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 50% marks.
- OR Master of Computer Application (MCA) / Master of Science (Computer Science) / Master of Science (Information Technology).
- OR DOEACC 'B' Level Certificate.
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of work experience in the relevant field.
- Skills Needed: Knowledge of software development, equipment, tools, material, safety, health, and hygiene. Must be able to communicate in English and the local language.
2. Telecom
- Number of Positions: 02
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering / Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering with at least 50% marks.
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Preferred: Candidates with a Diploma or Certificate course in Optical Fiber Communication.
- Skills Needed: Knowledge of equipment, tools, material, safety, health, and hygiene. Must be able to communicate in English and the local language.
3. Retail
- Number of Positions: 20
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Voc. in Retail Sector with at least 50% marks and 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- OR Bachelor's degree in Retail (or any equivalent qualification) with at least 50% marks and 3 years of experience.
- OR Graduate in Retail Management with at least 50% marks and 3 years of experience.
- OR PG Diploma in Marketing with at least 50% marks and 1 year of teaching/work experience.
- Preferred: Higher preference will be given to candidates with an MBA (Retail Management) and/or P.G. Diploma in Retail Management.
- Skills Needed: Effective communication skills, basic computing skills, and knowledge in marketing, sales promotion, store maintenance, merchandising, etc.
4. BFSI
- Number of Positions: 10
- Educational Qualification: Post-graduation in Commerce (M.Com.) / Management / Finance from a recognized institute or university with at least 50% marks.
- OR MBA Finance from a recognized University.
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of work experience.
