Indian Air Force is looking for qualified applicant to join the IAF as Airmen in the Group ‘Y’, Medical Assistant trade. The selected candidate for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024 will be enrolled for an initial period of 20 years (subject to service condition) which may be extended up to the age of 57 years (subject to service conditions). Candidate should have passed 10+2 / Intermediate / Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and with 50% marks in English OR must have passed two years’ Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in order to apply for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024.

The selected candidate for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024 will get Rs. 26,900 per month. In addition, dearness allowance (as applicable) which, in subsequent years, may rise as per the career progression of the individual. The selection of candidate for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024 is based on Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Written Test, Medical Examination and Adaptability Test-II.
