How to apply: The 3-phase process

DAVCMC has established a transparent and unbiased three-phase process for recruitment. Here’s a breakdown of the key steps:

Phase 1: Online application (October–November 2025)

• Apply online: Visit the official DAV recruitment website, https://davrecruit.davcmc.in/, to fill out the online CBT form.
• Application window: The online application is open from October 7 to October 31, 2025.
• Partial submission: Submit your form for verification by the October 31 deadline.
• Print and verify: Take a printout of your form and visit the nearest DAV School (verification center) with your original documents for verification. This must be done between November 1 and November 20, 2025.
• Final submission and fee payment: After verification and approval, pay the online CBT exam fee within seven days.
Phase 2: Computer-Based Test (January 2026)
• Eligible candidates who have completed Phase 1 will appear for a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in January 2026.
• The CBT is a 90-minute exam with two parts and no negative marking.
• Paper 1 (20 minutes): Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning (15 MCQs).
• Paper 2 (70 minutes): Main Subject (40 MCQs).
• Upon clearing the CBT, you will be issued a Provisional Eligibility Card (PEC).
Phase 3: Demo and interview
• Candidates with a valid PEC will be called for a demonstration and interview conducted by the School Selection Committee.
Important points for applicants:
• Use your own registered mobile number and email ID for the application.
• Apply for only one post to avoid duplication issues.
• Existing DAV employees seeking promotion must also appear for the CBT.
