We are hiring for the following roles in the first phase of recruitment:

Eligibility Criteria
1. Sr. Research Associate (Honorary)
- Essential: Post graduate in social science discipline (minimum 55%).
- Essential: NET / M.Phil. / Ph.D.
- Experience: 2 years research experience as a Research Assistant in any project.
2. Research Assistant
- Essential: Post graduate in social science discipline (minimum 55%).
- Preferred: MTA / MTTM degrees.
- Essential: NET / M.Phil. / Ph.D.
3. Field Investigator
- Essential: Post graduate in social science discipline (minimum 55%).
- Preferred: MTA / MTTM degrees.
Desirable Qualities for all roles:
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, research knowledge, experience with data collection & interpretation, data analysis using SPSS, Advanced Excel, Structure Equation Modelling, drafting skills, and good typing speed.
