What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential Qualifications

Medical Officer: An MBBS degree from a recognized institution and registration with the National Medical Commission of India/Himachal Pradesh Medical Council are mandatory (p. 1).
Nurse: A B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized body and registration with the Himachal Pradesh Nurses Registration Council are required (p. 1).
Rehabilitation/Clinical Psychologist: M. Phil. in Rehabilitation/Clinical Psychology or a relevant professional diploma from a recognized institution is necessary (p. 1).
Mobility Instructor: Matriculation and a Certificate/Diploma in Mobility are essential; a Bachelor's in Mobility Science or D.Ed./B.Ed. Spl. Ed. in Visual Impairment is preferred (p. 1).

Note: All rehabilitation professionals should preferably be registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (p. 1).

Key Details

Age Limit: 18 to 45 years as of December 1, 2025. Age relaxations apply for SCs, STs, OBCs, and other eligible categories in Himachal Pradesh (p. 1).
Location: The positions are based in the
District Disability Rehabilitation Centre, Kullu
, and the Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for drug addicts (female) Bhunter (p. 1).
Terms: These are unreserved, purely temporary posts on an annual contract basis, with no claim for permanent absorption or regularization (pp. 1, 3).
