Educational Qualification
The post-wise educational qualifications are given below:
1. Assistant
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
Five years of experience as Clerk/Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator in a recognized University, Higher Education Institution, Examination Body, National-level Research Institution, Government Office, PSU or Autonomous Body.
Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or higher level.
Computer and internet proficiency is desirable.
2. Steno-Typist (English)
Graduation from a recognized university.
English shorthand speed: 80 words per minute.
Transcription speed: 20 words per minute.
Word processing speed: 8,000 keys per hour or more.
Maximum permissible mistakes: 8%.
3. Steno-Typist (Hindi)
Graduation from a recognized university.
Hindi shorthand speed: 64 words per minute.
Transcription speed: 11 words per minute.
Word processing speed: 8,000 keys per hour or more.
Maximum permissible mistakes: 8%.
4. Hostel Attendant
10+2 pass from a recognized board.
Two years of experience in a hostel, canteen, hotel or guest house.
5. Sanitary Officer
Candidates must fulfil either of the following qualifications:
B.Sc. with 50% marks in Chemistry or B.Pharmacy with 50% marks, along with a one-year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector and five years of experience in Government/Public Undertaking.
OR
One-year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Health Sanitary Inspector and eight years of experience in Government/Public Undertaking.
6. Plumber
Matriculation from a recognized board.
ITI Certificate in the Plumber trade.
Two years of experience in plumbing.
7. Restorer
Matriculation from a recognized board/institute.
Five years of experience as Peon in the record room/restoration of records/files in a State Government/Semi-Government Department, University or affiliated college.
8. Carpenter
Matriculation with ITI Certificate in Carpenter trade.
Two years of experience in the relevant field.
Note: Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or higher level is required as specified in the notification.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 42 Years
Age will be calculated as on the last date of application submission.
Age relaxation will be applicable according to Haryana Government rules.
Application Fee
The category-wise application fee is as follows:

Written Test – 50 Marks
Skill Test – 50 Marks
Minimum qualifying marks:
General Category: 40% in both tests.
DSC/OSC/BCA/BCB/PwBD categories: 38% in both tests.
For Steno-Typist:
Written Test – 50 Marks.
Stenography Skill Test – Qualifying Nature.
