The BCM Foundation, endorsed by the Munjal Family, is dedicated to nurturing global citizens firmly rooted in the Indian value system across its six institutions in Ludhiana, Punjab. The foundation is seeking passionate educators who view teaching as a vocation and are committed to shaping young minds with excellence. Applications are invited for the session 2026-27 for various positions across three schools: BCM School Sec 32-A, Chandigarh Road; BCM School Basant Avenue, Dugri; and BCM School Basant City, Pakhowal Road.

Open Positions

A wide range of teaching and administrative positions are available:

Academic Coordinator (Sr. Sec): For subjects like English, Accountancy, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, and Mathematics.
Post Graduate Teachers (PGT): Opportunities in English, Computer Science, Hindustani Vocal, Sociology, Physical Education, Home Science, Fashion Studies, Mass Media, Tinkering & Innovation, Dance, and Legal Studies.
Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT): Positions for Mathematics, Computer Science, Fine Arts, Science, and Social Science.
Primary Teachers (PRT) & KG Teachers: For all subjects.
Other Roles: Including Band Master, Outreach & Engagement and Media Incharge, and Counsellor.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess the required academic qualifications and experience as detailed in the image. Generally, a Master's degree with at least 60% marks and a Degree or Diploma in Education are essential for most PGT and TGT roles. Specific qualifications apply to specialized subjects like Computer Science, Physical Education, and Fine Arts. The maximum age limit for most positions ranges from 35 to 45 years.

Application Process

The selection process involves several stages:

Shortlisting Process: Initial screening of applications.
Written Test: To assess subject knowledge and aptitude.
Demonstration & Subject Interview: To evaluate teaching skills and expertise.
Final Interview with the Selection Panel: The concluding stage of the process.
