Research Opportunities in Health Services Costing in Chandigarh!
Are you passionate about making a real impact on healthcare in India? The Department of Radiation Oncology at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Sector 32, Chandigarh, is seeking dedicated professionals to join the vital "Costing of Health Services in India - CHSI 2.0" project on a contract basis (p. 1). We are looking for a Research Assistant and Field Investigators to help us collect and analyze crucial health system cost data (p. 1).

Open Positions
We are hiring for the following roles (all positions are for 12 months duration): (p. 1)
1. Research Assistant (1 Post)
- Role Summary: Lead the data management and analysis efforts for the project (p. 1).
- Monthly Emoluments: ₹50,000/- (p. 1).
- Essential Qualifications: Graduation in a medical field with an MPH/MBA in Health Care Management & Hospital Administration (p. 1).
- Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of health system costing and cost data collection (p. 1).
- Experience in data management and analysis (p. 1).
2. Field Investigator (2 Posts)
- Role Summary: Engage in critical field work, collecting data at the household or facility level in a healthcare research environment (p. 1).
- Monthly Emoluments: ₹35,000/- (p. 1).
- Essential Qualifications: BSc. MLT/BSc. Nursing/BPH/B. Pharma/MSW/MCA (p. 1).
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience in household or facility level data collection in health care research (p. 1).
- Experience of field work in health sector involving cost data collection in facilities (p. 1).
- Good computer proficiency (p. 1).
