Stenographer Grade-III & Clerk Job Vacancies on Ad-Hoc Basis
Applications are invited for 26 posts each of Stenographer Grade-III (English) and Clerk on an ad-hoc basis in the District Courts of Hisar, Haryana. These positions are initially for a period of six months or until regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier.

Both the Stenographer Grade-III and Clerk positions have a total of 26 posts each, distributed across various categories:
- General: 9 posts (Steno), 8 posts (Clerk)
- General (ESM): 2 posts (Steno), 2 posts (Clerk)
- EWS: 3 posts (Steno), 2 posts (Clerk)
- DSC: 2 posts (Steno), 3 posts (Clerk)
- OSC: 1 post (Steno), 2 posts (Clerk)
- BC-A: 2 posts (Steno), 3 posts (Clerk)
- BC-B: 2 posts (Steno), 1 post (Clerk)
- PwBD (LV-Low Vision): 1 post (Steno), 1 post (Clerk)
For the Clerk position, additional PwBD sub-categories include OA (One Arm), BA (Both Arms), OL (One Leg), BL (Both Legs), OAL (One Arm & one Leg), Dw (Dwarfism), and AAV (Acid Attack Victim). Eligible Sports Persons (OSC/BC-B) also have one post available for each position.
Salary and Application Information
The ad-hoc positions offer a consolidated pay of Rs. 25,500/- per month. Candidates should have a graduation degree from a recognized university. For the Stenographer role, a speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography is generally required.
