Unlock Your Legal Career: Gurugram Court is Hiring 155 Clerks & Stenographers (Ad Hoc)
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Gurugram, is recruiting for 155 vacant posts of Stenographer Grade-III (English) and Clerk on an ad hoc basis. This is an opportunity for graduates to gain experience within the Indian judicial system.
Available Positions
The recruitment drive is filling 75 Stenographer Grade-III posts and 80 Clerk posts on an ad hoc basis for six months or until regular appointments are made. Both positions offer a consolidated pay of ₹25,500 per month.
Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.01.2026)
Candidates need to meet specific educational and age requirements.
Educational Qualifications
- Stenographer Grade-III: A degree of BA or BSc or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Clerk: A degree of BA or BSc or equivalent from a recognized university, and passing the matriculation examination with Hindi as a subject.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 and 42 years of age as of January 1, 2026, with age relaxation for reserved categories who are bonafide residents of Haryana.
Selection Process
The selection process involves specific tests for each role.
