Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 25,500/-, initially for a period of six months or until regular appointments are made (p. 1).
Key Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria as of January 1, 2026: (p. 2)
  • Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 and 42 years old (p. 2). Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Haryana Government rules (p. 2).
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • For both posts: A degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, or equivalent, from a recognized university is mandatory (p. 1).
    • For Clerk only: You must also have passed the matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subjects (p. 1).
  • Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi.
Selection Process
The selection process involves different stages for each post: (p. 2)
Stenographer Grade-III
  • English Shorthand Test: Must qualify at a speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) (p. 2).
  • Transcription: Must qualify at a speed of 20 w.p.m. on a computer (p. 2).
  • Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): Qualifying in nature (word processing and spreadsheet), marks not counted towards final merit (p. 2).
Clerk
  • Written Examination: A 100-mark exam covering General Knowledge (50 marks, objective type) and English Composition (50 marks, objective and subjective) (p. 2). Candidates need to score a minimum of 33% in each subject and 40% aggregate to qualify (p. 2).
  • Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): Mandatory and qualifying in nature (p. 2). Includes a Spread Sheet Test/Excel (10 marks) and a Computer Typing Test in English at 30 w.p.m. (pp. 2-3).
Final merit for Clerks will be based strictly on the written examination results (p. 3).

Applications must be submitted offline on plain paper, with a recent passport-size photograph affixed and attested copies of relevant certificates (p. 3).

  • Submission Location: Submit by post or by hand to the office at Court Complex, Village Kuslipur, Palwal, Haryana, 121102 (p. 3).
