Registration Time: 09:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Registration will not be allowed after this time) (p. 1)
Venue: Kendriya Vidyalaya Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh (Near Shiv Mandir) (pp. 1, 7)
Essential Qualifications
Qualifications are as per KVS norms for the academic session 2026-27.
TGT Posts: Require a four-year integrated degree course or a Bachelor's degree in the concerned subject(s) with at least 50% marks in aggregate, a B.Ed. degree, and qualification in the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET Paper-II) (pp. 2-3).
PRT Posts: Require Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or 4-year B.El.Ed., and qualification in the CTET Paper-I (pp. 4-5).
Other Posts: Specific qualifications apply (e.g., MBBS for Doctor, Diploma in GNM or B.Sc. Nursing for Nurse, MCA/B.E/B.Tech for Computer Instructor) (p. 5).
Competency to teach through both English and Hindi media is essential for most roles (p. 2).
