Note: All candidates must also possess an 80-hour Certificate of ICT Skills Course (like CCC or DOEACC) from a recognized institution at the time of appointment. (p. 3)
Selection Process
The selection process includes a written examination followed by a computer typing/stenography test.
- The written test will be an objective type test of 100 multiple-choice questions, lasting two hours. (p. 3)
- The exam covers Language Proficiency (English), General Awareness, Mental Aptitude/Reasoning, Arithmetic (10th Standard), and Computer Proficiency. (p. 3)
- There is a negative marking of 1/4 mark for every wrong answer. (p. 3)
- Candidates equal to three times the number of vacancies in each category will be shortlisted for document verification after qualifying the written test. (p. 1)

- Fill out the online application form and upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature (each under 100 kb). (p. 4)
- Wait for 24 hours after form submission to deposit the application fee online. (p. 4)
- The fee is Rs. 500/- for SC candidates, Rs. 800/- for OBC candidates, and no fee for persons with benchmarks disabilities. (p. 5)
- Take two printouts of your final application form and fee receipt for your records; do not send them by post to the office. (pp. 4-5)
