Selection Process
The selection process includes a written examination followed by a computer typing/stenography test.
  • The written test will be an objective type test of 100 multiple-choice questions, lasting two hours. (p. 3)
  • The exam covers Language Proficiency (English), General Awareness, Mental Aptitude/Reasoning, Arithmetic (10th Standard), and Computer Proficiency. (p. 3)
  • There is a negative marking of 1/4 mark for every wrong answer. (p. 3)
  • Candidates equal to three times the number of vacancies in each category will be shortlisted for document verification after qualifying the written test. (p. 1)
How to Apply

  2. Fill out the online application form and upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature (each under 100 kb). (p. 4)
  3. Wait for 24 hours after form submission to deposit the application fee online. (p. 4)
  4. The fee is Rs. 500/- for SC candidates, Rs. 800/- for OBC candidates, and no fee for persons with benchmarks disabilities. (p. 5)
  5. Take two printouts of your final application form and fee receipt for your records; do not send them by post to the office. (pp. 4-5)
