Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. (ICSIL) has released a new recruitment advertisement (Advt. No: ICSIL/RC/10-A/ICSIL/Various Post/2026-27) to create a panel of eligible candidates for various positions (p. 1). These profiles will fulfill current and future manpower needs across different government client departments in Delhi/NCR (pp. 1-2).

💼 Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria
The remuneration for all the posts mentioned below will be paid according to the Minimum Wages of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) (p. 1).
1. Data Entry Operator (Graduate Level)
- Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (p. 1).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM in English (p. 1).
- Desirable: Computer Course of at least 3 months (p. 1).
- Age Limit: 21 to 45 Years (p. 1).
- Work Experience: 1–2 Years (p. 1).
2. Data Entry Operator (12th Level)
- Education: 12th Pass (p. 1).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM in English (p. 1).
- Desirable: Computer Course of at least 3 months (p. 1).
- Age Limit: 18 to 45 Years (p. 1).
- Work Experience: 1–2 Years (p. 1).
3. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
- Education: 10th Pass (p. 1).
- Age Limit: 18 to 45 Years (p. 1).
- Work Experience: 1–2 Years (p. 1).
4. Driver
- Education: 10th pass is desirable (p. 1).
- License: Must possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license (p. 1).
- Age Limit: 18 to 45 Years (p. 1).
- Work Experience: 1–2 Years (p. 1).
💵 Registration Fee
- Candidates must pay a one-time registration fee of Rs. 590/- (Non-refundable) to apply for any job on the portal (p. 1).
📝 Important Terms & Conditions
- Panel Validity: The created candidate panel will remain valid for a minimum period of two (2) years (p. 2).
- Deployment Location: Selected candidates can be deployed anywhere in the Delhi/NCR region and may need to work in shifts (p. 2). No additional conveyance allowance will be provided (p. 2).
- First Come, First Served: Eligible candidates will be considered for further selection processes in the increasing order of their Application ID (First registered, first considered) (p. 2).
- Security Deposit: Salary for fifteen (15) days will be retained as a refundable security deposit in two equal installments from the first two months' wages (p. 3). This will be refunded with savings bank interest upon successful completion of the contract (p. 3).
